I’m here to help you navigate the tough, confusing, and deeply transformative moments of life. Beneath the layers of conditioning, self-doubt, and the stories you’ve outgrown, your true essence is waiting to be reclaimed. My passion is helping you shed old patterns, step into your power, and create a life of light and joy, where you feel truly safe, inside and out.

My own journey has been one of healing, adventure, and growth. Having lived in nine countries, I’ve embraced change, learned to heal from generational and cultural trauma, and rewritten the narratives that no longer serve me. I know what it takes to break free from the past and expectations of the future—and I know you have that power too.

My Approach

I bring together spiritual depth and grounded, real-world tools to guide transformation on every level—mind, body, and soul. My approach is an intuitive blend of Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Non-Violent Communication, creating a space where you can heal, expand, transform and reconnect with your authentic self.

I walk this path from lived experience. Born into a Shia Muslim family rich with Sufi rituals, I later became a devoted student of Zen Buddhism and the Tao. As a Reiki Master, shamanic and soon to be animist practitioner, I collaborate with the elements and the spirits of the earth to alchemise and transmute energy. I serve as a channel between the spirit world and the human experience, bringing messages, insights, and energetic shifts that support deep healing and transformation.

Whether we’re setting boundaries, moving through life transitions, or integrating profound spiritual experiences, my work is multidimensional yet practical—honoring the sacred while anchoring you in lasting, embodied change.

Where I Work

Fluent in Arabic (Khaleeji & Levantine/Shami) and English, I’ve had the privilege of offering ceremonies, coaching, and teachings across North America, Europe, and the SWANA Region.

My Work

For years, I’ve worked with diverse communities, including refugee youth, newcomer families, and individuals seeking deep healing. I’ve supported men and women in breaking free from trauma, rebuilding self-worth, transforming past experiences into light, and resolving deep-seated conflicts—both within themselves and their relationships.

My approach weaves together a holistic blend of healing modalities, including somatic trauma therapy, breath work, shamanic wisdom, coaching, cacao & other plant medicines, Authentic Relating Games, channeled guided meditations, energy healing, sacred symbols and non-violent communication. These elements create a powerful foundation for transformation, allowing you to reconnect with your body, release emotional blocks, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
