Beneath the noise of the world, there is a quieter truth—and it’s calling you home. That’s where our work begins.

I’m here to guide you through life’s most challenging and transformative moments, when old stories, conditioning, and self-doubt no longer fit, and your true essence is ready to shine. My passion is to help you release what no longer serves, step into your power, and create a life of light, safety, and joy.

Why I do this, I know what it’s like to walk through the darkness alone. I’ve been there—navigating the uncertainty, the pain, and the longing for something more. Having lived through war, immigrated from my lands of Babel, Iraq at a young age and now lived in 9 countries, I’ve embraced change, healed from generational and cultural trauma, and rewritten my own narratives. This work is my way of holding a lantern for others on their journey home to themselves.

When I’m not guiding others, you’ll find me dancing salsa or zouk under the sun, laughing with friends until my cheeks hurt, or hiking solo in the forest, with a hot travel-cup of cacao... reminders that healing can be both sacred and joy-filled when done in presence. It’s what allows me to stay grounded and to bring the light to all who come into my field—clients or friends.

Who I Support

I work with individuals ready for profound transformation—those committed to elevating into a lighter, higher frequency of living this human experience. Together, we transmute past experiences and present emotional energies into peace, abundance, and an authentic heart-centered way of being.

I’ve also supported refugee youth, newcomer families, and diverse communities in breaking free from trauma, rebuilding self-worth and community, and transforming pain into light—both within themselves and their relationships.

Where I Work

Fluent in Arabic (Khaleeji & Levantine/Shami) and English, I’ve had the privilege of offering ceremonies, coaching, and teachings across North America, Europe, and the SWANA Region.

My Approach

I bring together ancient wisdom and grounded, real-world practices to guide transformation on every level: mind, body, and soul. My work is intuitive and attuned, rooted in presence, shaped by lived experience, and held in the power of intention and ritual.

As a ceremonialist, every session becomes a sacred container. Whether we are working with breath, energy, spirit, or the medicine path, I hold space with deliberate intention so your system can soften, open, and remember. Ritual is the heartbeat of my work and the way we return home to ourselves.

My path began in Sufi ritual and expanded through Zen, the Tao, Reiki, Shamanic and Animist Earth practices, and years supporting people through mystical experiences, medicine journeys, and integration. Over time I’ve learned to work as a hollow bone—a clear channel for unconditional loving energy. Through this connection, I collaborate with your Akashic Records and your spirit team to bring through what your soul is ready to receive, weaving personalised tools for your integration and embodiment.

In this space, both light and shadow are welcomed. As the old softens its hold, your unique light becomes something you can finally see, trust, and embody.

My intention is simple: to ignite the remembrance of your true essence so you can stand fully in your light, your truth, and your power.
