At the heart of the experience is a held, sacred mushroom ceremony, woven into leisure days of earth reconnection rituals & ceremonies, sisterhood, and simple, nourishing moments — intuitive dancing by the natural waters, Creative Art Circle, zen walks, shared organic meals, meditation and breathwork, silence practice, and sharing circles. No masks. No performance. No pushing. Just being, together, in authentic expression. 

It all takes place in a sanctuary for the soul nestled in the heart of nature. Surrounded by five acres of untamed beauty — where ancient olive trees, whispering oaks, and sun-kissed vineyards stretch across the land — it's a sacred refuge for deep inner connection and transformation.

The Heart of the Retreat: Sacred Mushroom Ceremony

A sacred ceremony to help participants shed the skin of old limiting beliefs and fears they've been carrying and to remember their truest state of being, one of heart, presence and beauty – to really feel the love again.  It is supported by a full arc: a preparation and water ceremony the day before, two full integration days afterward, and a closing ritual of creating a personal earth altar on the final morning.
